Although Gwinnett County has an award-winning public education system, public schooling isn’t for everyone. Some families want their children in a smaller or more conservative environment, some want a religious emphasis in their child’s education, and still others want to enrich their child’s education with a more challenging or non-traditional approach to learning.

This guide highlights a few of the private schools in Gwinnett that offer one or more of those specialties.

While Gwinnett does have several Montessori schools and other private preschools and elementary schools, this guide focuses on schools that serve students from their primary years to their teens. Schools are arranged based on tuition, from most expensive to least expensive.
