Light rail a debated topic for Gwinnett

Heated debates have already begun for the 2012 election – and for once, Democrats and Republicans are not involved. The debates are centered on a proposed light rail mass transit system which would connect Atlanta’s MARTA lines to Gwinnett, Cobb, and North Fulton Counties.
